Long-term Incentive Planning provides organisations the ability to manage market-based and performance-based long term compensation programs. Softscape Apex provides the ability to administer both option and award plans. Plan vesting and lapsing schedules can be established, option prices set and eligibility criteria defined. Administrators can also establish policies for an employee’s exit, whether voluntarily or for cause.
Using a worksheet-like interface, Long Term Incentive administrators will review and approve award grants based on the established criteria. Administrators also have the ability to record exercise of options and to manage employee exit on an exception basis.
