Salary Planning utilises the Softscape Apex integrated workflow engine to route and approve salary plans for the organisation. Based on plans established in the Compensation Administration module, managers receive Compensation worksheet containing information relevant to their organisation’s plans and policies. Organisations can establish multiple levels of review and approvals.
Compensation rules allow for multiple concurrent increases for different compensation types such as promotion increase, market adjustment, merit increase and lump sum payments. All compensation transactions are dated to allow for retroactive increases. Off cycle increase can also be processed using the same compensation worksheet while providing managers a view of the budget impact of the unplanned events.
